The don't have anyone answering the phones for significant time periods. I've been on hold for 20 minutes and counting. And it's not the first time this has happened to me. I contacted them directly, 6 months ago, to complain about the deteriorated service and its no better than it was back then. I will not be renewing this service that I have previously lauded. I called with a simple login issue and a lost pet.
I've been a Home Again customer for 11 years. And, several years ago, I even did a testimonial for their corporate newsletter, praising their 24 hour medical hotline. Over the last year, their service has, in my opinion, gone from 5 stars to zero stars.

These people do not care about you. Once they have your money, they ghost you. I had my puppy microchipped during his vet checkup. The price to implant a microchip can vary from one veterinarian to another, but typically costs around $45. This is a one-time fee; the microchip does not need maintenance or replacement. In addition, there is an annual fee of $17.99 for your pet’s HomeAgain membership. Today, only 3 to 4 percent of dogs, and less than 1 percent of cats, arriving at U.S. shelters are microchipped.
